This book was enormously helpful in helping us deal with our first child, who had a number of anxieties, was fearful, and had Tourette's. These attributes led to bullying, and it was very helpful to have guidelines for helping a child deal with bullying and fears. Probably the most helpful thing I learned from this book is that you can change behavior, but it takes time, persistence, and things WILL get worse before they get better, but they will get better.
