Sometimes we need a kick in the ass to get ourselves going. And Bishop does just that. I listened to this book on audio, and I really enjoyed it. I think having Bishop's voice in my ear is a real motivator. This book only took a little over two hours from start to finish, but it's also the kind of book that you want to listen to again and again. Especially when those destructive behaviors start to creep back in.
