This thoughtful book presents important health information for teens, in a simple, conversational style. In fact, chapters feature quotes from actual teenagers in order to make it more relevant to the lives of young readers. They should appreciate should appreciate the mature, forthright treatment of the subject matter. I recommend this title for all middle and high school students as they negotiate a time of rapid changes. ( )
