There really is only one story in here: Written in the Stars by Shveta Thakrar. 3*
The afterword says its set in the world of Shveta's forthcoming YA fantasy novel, Star Daughter, and features some of its characters.

Wish I could think of a reason/way I could wear the hooded black stars-and-moon cloak featured on page 23.
