Përmban mësimet esoterike që vetë autori mori nga Mësuesi i tij shpirtëror mbi rrugën e vetënjohjes dhe vetëpërmirësimit real. Bëhet fjalë për hapat e vërtetë në lartësimin shpirtëror por të sjellura me fjalë të thjeshta që i dedikohen të gjithë atyre që zemra e tyre është e etur për diturinë universale.
