If there was ever a book series that fit the "guilty pleasure" category, it would be this one. The guilt part has been more and more prevalent the further the series has progressed, mostly because the pleasure has equally been receding.

After book 11 I was pretty sure I'd quit the whole series, but apparently that's not happening. And whaddaya know, this might be my favorite in the whole shit show?

I feel like this book allowed for much more build up before the "romance" got going. Nate's conflicted thoughts about the whole thing seemed reasonable, and above all else, I bought the chemistry between the characters. A lot of fun, through and through.

Now, is this problematic on several levels? Yes, yes it is. Is it realistic in any way? No it is not. Are those things an issue with a book that's for all intents and purposes just smut? Of course not. ( )

I love it! This is one of my favorites from this series, because I love those bossy arrogant guys. I hope this series will go on forever. I just can't get enough! ( )
