This was a mixed bag for me.
The beginning was really shaky; repetitive in parts. And a bit slow-going. The reporter/psychologist woman was really annoying, I hated her.
Then it got going and I started enjoying it. We see some of Romeo's past, which helps the reader understand him more. Then the story went into a direction that I didn't think was realistic, but honestly it could've been way more OTT and I'm just glad it wasn't.
By the end, I was really nervous, and excited. But again it was a little messy.
I'm not sure if this was the last book in the series. There were some hints that there will be more, and I'm not happy about that. I think I'm gonna stop here, this is a fairly happy ending. ( )
