Table of contents starts this book off with categories broken up into food groups and meals.
Offer of free ebooks and intro about the book are included.
Color photos throughout and most recipes have a medium size color photo.
I wanted this book because my mother in law is part German and she often made some of the same foods in this book.
Each recipe starts with a title and German name and a summary of the dish.
Medium size color photo showing the finished item for MOST recipes.
Servings, prep and cook times.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low sugar, low fat, fresh vs. canned items.
Some recipes have over 26 ingredients be sure to have them all before starting.
Directions are given and there is NO nutritional information.
Love the ones similar to my MIL and glad to see some but using different ingredients. Worth a try to make those also and decide which is better.
Apple strudel will be one of the favorite ones to try.
