Maanish Koirala operated on Charles Sobhraj, for a heart ailment. The operation took place in 2017, and Charles recovered. You will get a summary of the career of Charles Sobhraj, with a smattering of insight. But, it's at the end when you wake up and realize how deluded Charles is.

Yet, while we can - and should - incarcerate Charles Sobhraj, society must take a hard look inside.
