作者的專業方向感覺偏老年醫學，寫了許多臨床上遇到的癌症、腦卒中、腦梗塞、心肌梗塞等病例以及和患者及其家屬打交道的經驗，為臨床工作者提出了好些建議，有點像日本版 Being Mortal；但是成書時間是將近二十年前，且缺少比較明確的結構脈絡，東一塊西一塊的，比較像報紙雜誌上的健康養生專欄合集（aka很文春xD

看完全書後印象比較深的除了書末作者自身的抗胰腺癌經歷自述，居然是反覆出現的「旅立たれた」一說，害我對書名相似、研究中日生死觀差異的「死体は誰のもの」產生了興趣（ ( )
