I have been waiting for this next book of Keir and Sailor’s especially after that breathe stilling cliffhanger from book one. I was gripped from start to finish not wanting it to end but yet I could not stop reading for one moment. Sailor hid her secret thinking she was doing the right thing and in a way she was because Keir was still bound by his since of duty to the families.Once Keir finds out about Sailor and her situation he decides its time to go find his lollipop. Keir is stuck between his want for Sailor and the thing he should do and at the time he is still struggling with the way he feels for Sailor. Sailor and Keir never see eye to eye and I was happy she became this strong woman who wasn’t afraid to stand up to him. Sailor became this force and Keir could see it, yet he was always worried in his own way of his life and hers may not mix. I loved Keir’s fierceness, the way he knew what he wanted and went for it, and then the way he was with Wren melted my heart. There was so much going on in this book the action, betrayals, secrets, and steam was so intense. I don’t want to give too much away because the readers need to experience every emotion and every action because it explodes off the pages. (Side note: Paige ugh) Let’s just say someone got something I didn’t feel they deserved and the other got off too easy. Overall this is an amazing duet and I really hope we get more from this world. As if Keir and Sailor's story could not get any better, it just did with this book. I absolutely loved this duet story. Keir and Sailor are perfect together. This time around Sailor got to be more prominent and even call some of the shots. As readers will know, this is a huge deal as Keir is used to being in charge.

Keir's nickname for Sailor got my every time...Lollipop. Whenever he would say it, to push Sailor's buttons, had a smile on my face. She may have acted like she was annoyed but inside she liked it. It is the angst that got me this time with Keir and Sailor. It was so hot that you could feel the steam rising off the pages of this book. This duet is a recommended five star read! ( )
