SS
A Korean folktale
On a very hot day, a poor man lied down under a big tree to enjoy its shade and the breeze. The owner of the tree protested so the poor man paid 3 gold coins to be allowed to enjoy the shade. Although the owner thought it was a good deal, he went mad because the poor man followed the tree shade into his yard, porch, and finally inside his home. Tired of this, the owner paid one hundred gold coins to recover his shade so the poor man was able to buy his own home and his own trees
