I enjoyed the information contained and definitely learned some interesting facts, but I think the flow and structure of the book could be improved. If you are interested in health foods and learning how different foods can negatively affect the body (even the ones people say are healthy foods), then check out this summary of "Toxic Superfoods: How Oxalate Is Making You Sick and How to Get Better" ( )

I recently learned about the dangers of oxalate overloads. My family and eat a diet with a lot of leafy greens so i was very interested in learning how much is too much. I found the book to not only be informative in explaining the dangers, it also gave guidance for those experiencing health issues from too many oxalates.
The explanations and advise in this book were easy to understand. It answered all of my questions and I think it's an important read for anyone who eats a lot of superfoods. Thank you for sharing your book. ( )

Wow did this summary come in handy! I had recently purchased the full book, but it was daunting to read and absorb. I will get to it at some point, but for now, I really enjoyed this summary. It hit many of the main points and only took a couple of hours to get through rather than weeks with the full book.

In trying to be healthy, some seemingly good choice foods can actually do us harm, major harm. Oxalates are found in many healthy, whole foods as defense mechanisms for the plant. When we ingest these, especially at high rates for those really eating well, the oxalates can do major damage to our system. Give this a read and decide if you're ready for the full read!

The publishing company worked well with me when I had downloading issues as well - appreciate their customer support. ( )
