Orp and his friend start their own detective agency (FBI- famous bathtub investigators. When Orp's sister suspects an intruder in the house next door she wants to tag along with the boys in their detective work. They try to scare her off so instead she creates her own agency- CIA (Chloe's Investigation) Agency. Both of the "agencies" have quite an interesting journey solving the mystery of the intruder next door. ( )
