This brightly colored book is a poem about the alphabet and the things around us. Not only are the colorful paintings appealing to students but so are the rhyming words and catchy phrases. Without even realizing it, students will hear the sound that all of the letter makes. This is a great book to teach the ABCs.

I personally like his book because I love with children are learning without even knowing it.

Classroom extension
1. Give each student a letter, then have them make a picture of all the things they can think of that start with that letter
2.Play "I Spy" (I spy something that starts with the letter A)
