This book by Jerry Pallotta is extremely interesting and educational. It takes you on a nautical adventure as boats and ships from the past and present are showcased. It has informative descriptions, dramatic illustrations, and a strong dose of humor as it lists a type of boat for each letter of the alphabet. Example: G-Gondola, V-Viking Ship, Y-Yacht, etc.
