On this audio program, Dr. Wayne W. Dyer shows you how to restore balance in your life by offering nine principles for realigning your thoughts so that they correspond to your highest desires. Imagine a balance scale with one end weighted down to the ground, and the other end featuring the objects of your desires sticking up precariously in the air. This scale is a measurement of your thoughts. To restore the same balance that characterizes everything in our universe, you have to take up the weighty thoughts so that they match up to your desires. In this live lecture, Wayne emphasizes that we're a vital component of this creative process and have within ourselves the wherewithal to create all that we want if we recognize and revise out-of-balance thoughts.… (more)

Dr Dyer describes ways to change your life through thinking about what you want to change, finding a destructive pattern you can replace with a positive one, and then developing this into a habit that automatically responds when a troublesome situation or person tempts you to return to former destructive behavior of thought patterns. What a great and wonderful book!

It is self development book which teaches the value of life and you learn how you can be happy without being attach to external objects or people.

We usually think that we need one thing or the other to be happy which is not true; we need to be happy for being created from God which = to good so if we are good there is no external objects (material wise) or people that can make us unhappy; happiness comes from within ourselves..our soul and mind need to be always in positive and balance stage in order to be and feel OK with us and others.

We do not need external dependence attachments to stay in balance, the less we are attach to anything the more free, happy, in balance and a lined we feel. We are capable to do WHATEVER we want do or be without affecting anyone off course.

We have to be positive because if not we are going to attract the negative:

Negative thinking=negative results positive thinking =positive results.

I also learned that we do not have to necessarily believe others, we are what we think we are. in regards to love, we need to stop searching, we first need to be a loving person, by being a loving person we attract love. The more we search for love, the less we have it. It is like searching for what we lack of and we do not lack of love since we came from love (GOD). .. ( )
