![]() No current Talk conversations about this book. ![]() ![]() i read the rest of these when i was eleven but i couldnt find this one, ntil recently when i reread the whole series. they were and still are one of my favourite series, and i still find them enjoyable even though im older than the target audience now. i like the writing style and the characters and the world building and all the random funny comments. The fourth Septimus Heap outing sees Sep and Jenna on a mission to rescue a family member. Sage seems to be becoming more assured as time goes on but weirdly this actually detracts from the main points in favour of her early works: her humour and her crazy leap-all-over-the-place plotting. This means that Queste is a fairly generic novel of kids on a magical adventure and a slight disappointment. no reviews | add a review
