It contains many tips, much information and an encouraging attitude. Portion control is very important! This edition is focused on men, as their body composition is unique. There is a companion edition for women published a few years earlier. The text is well-written and well informed. The publisher is Rodale Press, a well regarded publisher in this field. The information is timely and complete. Useful information on exercise and its importance is included. A valuable book for you "Well-fare library". ( )

There are lots of ideas here for meals that run at about 400 calories. The ones I have tried are all very tasty, too. ( )
