An excellent 2007 animated cartoon movie by Dreamworks (makers of the Shrek animated films) about a bee called Barry which can talk, makes friends with a florist in NY, discovers humans have been stealing all the honey, tells the bees to go on strike; then all the flowers die, so Barry rallies the bees to start working again in order to save the planet and the florist. Aimed at children aged 5 to 15, but enjoyable for adults too. Reasonably accurate depiction of the workings of a hive. Colourful, fast paced, inventive interpretation of the bees' world.
