A tramp falls in love with a blind flower girl and tries to earn enough money to cure her blindness. Charlie Chaplin's classic, and last, silent film and considered by many to be one of the greatest films of all time. Funny and poignant, it's worth a watch. ( ) The Tramp meets a blind girl and an unstable millionaire. It has a surprisingly strong story for a Charlie Chaplin movie. Unfortunately, the comedy routines aren't as great as in his other movies. It's often very funny, but not brilliant. There aren't any really memorable stunts or anything like that - just solidly performed silliness.
