Great fun, just the sort of random trash I needed at that point! ( )

The story was pretty much okay. Could have used a little more editing, trimming it by at least 100 pages, which digressed too far from the story making it sag in the middle. Liked Juno okay, didn't much care for Jay up until the last 1/3 of the book. Liked the friends and loved the family. Mostly trying to be funny, instead of actually being funny, but I'll admit some sentences made me smile. ( )

Dedication
For the angelic broad, the half-Dane Highgate dame, the craft Thatcham tochter and, of course, for the tall poupee with whom I make whoopee.
First words
Juno's throat was so dry that every quick breath seemed to suck her lungs sharply into her ribs like flags whipping against their poles.
