This book was very interesting and informative. I would recommend this to teachers who wan to teach there kids in a fun way. Not only do you enjoy reading this book but you learn while doing it. I would recommend this to teacher, parent and curious kids. If I was having a essay on a subject I would go to theses books first. This book was fun and my favorite was the fun facts. I enjoyed reading this book and cant wait to read more.

This book was about a dungeon. It explained how a it was like to be a dungeon watcher. The book talks about the ups and downs of being a dungeon watcher. It also talks about the different people that you would encounter in the dungeon. The book explains the different torches they would use on the people. I loved this book because it went into detail. I would recommend it to some one curious. ( )

I thought that this book was very informational and interesting. None of the details are left out, which I really liked about the book. If I want to learn about Medieval Times, I want to learn all the details even if they are disgusting. I want to know what the conditions of the prisons are and the different people that are kept in the prisons and this book does that. I liked how the book discusses the differences in how common prisoners and rich prisoners were treated. This would show the reader the difference in treatment based on the persons economic status.

One thing I really liked about this book is that the reader is told that they are a prison guard and they have to look after the prisoners. In the book, on each page there is a helpful hint for the new prison guard (the reader). Some would have been helpful and some were pretty funny. Overall, I really liked that the book is interactive. I also like that this is a series and there are different topics like a castle jailer, an Aztec sacrifice. If the reader wanted to learn more about historical time periods this series would be perfect. ( )
