Marty is still trying to get along with Judd Travers, and Judd is as cranky and unpleasant as ever. Everyone in town is against the man, and when someone Judd once had a fight with turns up murdered, Judd is the assumed murderer. But Marty keeps trying to be kind and give him a chance.
A mystery, a family story, and a tale of redemption.
Perhaps the best in the series. ( )
