None. There were a ton of good tips in this book. I also enjoyed the creative uses of many different ingredients. This book had a little too many tofu recipes for me (I just can't handle the texture) so too many of them I could not try. I would suggest this book to anyone who likes to try new things. Do not forget for those of us on WW, the points totals are listed on her website. I have not yet read this (on my to read shelf) but recently posted my friend Megan's review on my book review site: http://laurareviews.blogspot.com/2009... no reviews | add a review

Some require specific ingredients that aren't readily available and you only use such a small amount of some things that the rest goes to waste (if you're only cooking for one or two people). (
