From 1754 to 1760, armies from England and France were fighting in the east of North America, Lake Ontario.
The Indian people had lived in this land for thousands of years.
In the war, some Indians fought for the French and some fought for English.

The book kept me in thrill from start to finish. Because I did not expect who is a traitor.
Hawk-eye is a very good man. Mabel likes him but she does not love him. She loved another person, Jasper.
I think Mabel and Jasper will beccome really a well-matched couple. In addition, I think Hawk-eye will able to find a partner.
I hope so!! ( )

I couldn't imagine Pathfinder's feelings when Mabel chose Jasper.
But Pathfinder is very kind and strong man.
So I want him to be happy.
