Very inspiring and motivational. The exercises will really help you pick up on your patterns and hurdles that are holding you back in your life. This book will provide so much confidence for you. Just really helps you transform the negative into a a positive force. This book stands out among other self help books. This book really gives a great action plan for you to change. I highly recommend. I will give it 5 stars. ( )
