This is a silly, boring, name dropping book. Apparently, I'm supposed to care that he's good friends with Oprah. ( )

Is his view of America as erroneous as Americans view of developing countries?

He expected more maturity/knowledge in Americans because so much is available to them...but why?...doesn't experience teach more?
