I had previously read this book as part of a graduate program. This new book doesn't contain any real "new" ideas from the original version. While majority of the information is helpful for any workplace, I'm not sure all the laws of leadership work with today's new business model which includes more working from home and not in an office with others. This is great book on leadership, with excellent examples bringing it to life in a very digestable format. ( )

There is some good stuff in here, but I question if there really need to be 21 Laws when many of them feel somewhat repetitious of earlier stated laws. I'll also note that, at least in the edition I read, several of the examples did NOT age well (e.g., Lance Armstrong). ( )
