Many years ago I read and thoroughly enjoyed, a brilliant fantasy novel written by Melanie Rawn, Kate Elliot and Jennifer Robinson called 'The Golden Key' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Golden_Key_(novel)

So it was with great pleasure I encountered and borrowed a prequel, 'The Diviner', in which Melanie Rawn provides the story of how the 'Grijalva' gift was born.

I was not disappointed. ( )
