A little slice of life in a rundown neighborhood, where a racist lives next to a Hmong family. Good development, slightly on an over-romantic view of change, but realistic and gritty enough to feel the character's emotions. Another win for Clint.—Paul ( )

A racist Korean War vet has a sweet car; or, The Inverted Karate Kid.

My memory of everything good about the movie was very nearly erased as soon as Eastwood started singing, but not quite.
