Susan says: Very simple text explains a subway trip, but each two page spread features a subway in a different country. The colors used in the digital collage's watercolor paintings are gorgeous - fluid, peaceful, yet clear. There is a subway pass naming each country on each page, because the subway systems are very similar throughout - an equalizer and a way to show that all countries are different and yet the same. There is information about all of the subway systems at the end to do a report, or go on to additional countries. ( )

Rhyming book about subways and the noises and locations of the trains. Good for storytime on travel. (for 3-6 year olds) ( )
