Turkey didn't want to get ate for thanksgiving, so he tried to come up with all kind of ways to hide. He tried to look like all of the other animals so he wouldn't get killed to eat at thanksgiving. His final idea was to act like a pizza man. He brought them pizza and then they ate pizza instead of turkey and he was safe fro this year. I thought it was a very funny read. ( )

I would use this book to read to my students during Thanksgiving time and create a project that goes along with it. This book is about a turkey trying to find a disguise so that he does not get eaten for Thanksgiving dinner. I believe young kids would enjoy this book and find it very humorous as the turkey disguises himself as different farm animals and then, finally, a pizza delivery guy. ( )
