Excellent description in saint's own words of various dreams, their interpretation and meaning he gave them, with discernment. This is an excellent source of dream life and how to discern, by reading St. John Bosco's words and ways. Plus, there was the spiritual instructive element in what the dreams revealed as far as our own spiritual lives and the reality of God's expectations and how we live our daily lives. I suppose the only negative was that for whatever reason, it is not a book that I found easy to read from cover to cover. Took thought, of course! Perhaps it was the saint's style of description? Or might have been my own lack. Probably that. However, the significance of a saint's dreams and his ability to interpret helps much with mystics who dream as part of their spiritual guidance in their own lives or the prophetic dreams they might have involving others. Dreams are not to be discounted but to be sifted and considered. ( ) no reviews | add a review
