Take-away from Trotsky: A Graphic Biography: I am sooooo glad I didn't live during the Russian Revolution. Or probably any other time in Russia.

And I can't stop thinking about some of my favorite Valentines.

Liked the art. Needed more background on communism to really follow the story closely.

Interesting overview and the easiest Trotsky bio to digest; as always, Geary's art is clean, crisp, and does a great job with near accurate facial and historical details. ( )

An excellent biography of a much overlooked guiding hand behind the Russian Revolution. I often wonder is the Soviet Union might have been a much better entity had Trotsky been its leader after Lenin instead of Stalin. ( )
