My favorite recipe from this beautifully designed book is Chicken Satay: marinated chicken breast on a kebab with peanut sauce. Lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, and a few other more exotic ingredients are becoming more readily available at local markets, and these recipes take full advantage of them. ( )
