A young woman in London starts doing heroin with a new boyfriend, becomes hooked and then struggles to come off. I enjoyed Watson's portrait of her work on a feminist woman's magazine (Watson was a member of the collective producing Shocking Pink) and the friend who in the end is there for her when other characters (mostly drug users) aren't.
