The third installment of the Shaolin Sisters, a story about the three Misumi sisters who posses the power of Shaolin.

Julin and Kalin Misumi have split ways with their eldest sister, Seilin. They are on their way to Li Feng Peak but they are interrupted by an attack from Iga, one of Bai Wang's minions (Iga actually shows up in the next series, it's a surprise!). Drake sko shows up on the scene through the appearance of his bird. While Kalin takes care of Iga, Julin follows the bird. During their fight, Kalin and Iga demonstrate an unknown connection and Iga actually spares Kalin.

Drake, Kalin, Julin, and Seilin arrive at the tower where Bai Wang waits. Drake attacks Bai Wang while the White Lotus Clan members separate to battle the sisters.

Seilin is attacked by Kuichi and despite Kuichi's obvious attraction to Seilin, he still beats her up badly. Meanwhile, Julin and Kalin are struggling in their battle with Nini. Can Julin find an inner strength to save herself and Kalin?

This volume showed that the villain characters are more than one- dimensional bad guys. Kuichi's attraction to Seilin demonstrates that there is something different to him than just the tough guy act. I also enjoyed seeing the intimate feelings of the sisters to each other and people in their lives. Especially when Julin discovers that Drake is actually Kio, her friend and perhaps beau. ( )
