Why kill ourselves when we can accomplish the same tasks by putting less effort into things? Stop being so diligent ?rather than working hard, work smartly. It is a fact that the less fatigued you are, the more you can accomplish. So, even though being responsible is a commendable virtue, taking perfectionism to the highest level may not be such a positive thing as it makes us anxious and overwhelmed, it may also mean spending more time on a specific project and less clarity of mind when a problem arises.… (more)

¿Por qué matarse trabajando si también puede hacerse con menos esfuerzo? Deja de ser tan aplicado, en vez de trabajar duro, hazlo con inteligencia. Porque con menos fatigas también podrás conseguir mucho. Aunque es bueno ser responsable , el exceso de perfeccionismo puede ser negativo porque al ponernos nerviosos, al agobiarnos, tardamos más en acabar nuestras tareas y nos cuesta mucho más tener las ideas claras si aparece algún problema.
