Another cookbook that I really use a lot. Pretty simple preparations overall using easy-to-get ingredients. Not a lot to tweak either. Recipes come with wine pairing recommendations too, which is nice.
Has useful sections on types of parties, presentation, and menu selections, although for the most part this book focuses on recipes.

This book really motivate you to cook easy to follow and most of the time you can find all the ingredients. This is really important specially when you live in countries like Poland that in the winter we can't find as many vegetables as we want. They keep you warm in the winter...
Everything you need to entertain for the holiday season is included. From essential equipment, suggestions for great homemade gift ideas, plenty of menus that cover any occastion from Thanksgiving to New Year.
