The first 3/4 of the book plus the last chapter is about Pontypool. Interesting but it jumps all over the place, one page you are in the 70's then you skip forward to the 90's then jump back to the 60's.
You also get a paragraph about the miners strikes, I forgot I was reading a rugby book and picked up a Scargill book by mistake! Then you get a few chapters on the fall of the Welsh leagues and the implementation of regional teams, these few chapters sent me asleep. Cut the miners strike and show more the chapters about the regionals and you have an OK book. show less
