TOKYOPOP's Gothic & Lolita Bible, Vol. 1. I have to say, I was thrown off a bit by it being bound on the left. I guess it's not necessarily aimed at manga readers. Features editorial and patterns from various volumes of the original, with some new English language articles, and in this issue anyway, some general words of introduction to the style. I can't really see someone grabbing it off the shelf out of the blue, but I suppose it's possible. I'm not really enamoured of the overall design show more of the thing, which feels a bit haphazard to me. Still, I enjoyed leafing through it. I found the translated collection copy especially endearing, for some reason. show less
