R. Paul St. Amand

I found this book at a drug store and thought I would pick it up to see what I haven't been told. From what I can tell...Nothing. I have another book, and I have been keeping up with the latest on line. This book goes over the same facts that every other book has in it, and then this DR. tells you to take these one herbal pills. That is fine if that is the route you want to take, but not me.
I will say it did have a good chapter on how to talk to your boss and how to get your work station show more comfortable for you. Then it even gave you a sample speech of sorts so you can sit with your family a talk, or you can have them read what is provided in the book. That part of the book actually really helped my husband. show less

I actually tried out this Guaifensin treatment. Did not get any noticeable improvement in my symptoms.
