I first read the book while pregnant with my third child. I worked with 2 other women who were also pregnant. Although, I admit I did not follow everything as recommended, but I had the healthiest baby ever. He was 9 1/2 lbs, smart and beautiful. Now his wife is pregnant and I would like to give it to her as a gift.
Dorinda and I got interested in Adele Davis when i got Cancer. We sort of floowed it for a while. For us it was the first time we started to think about the principles of cooking
