Dipika Nath

Dipika Nath received a doctoral degree in women’s studies from the University of Washington in 2008. Having spent several years in LGBT and queer organizing in India, Dipika’s current research interests include the interimplication of discourses and practices of sexuality, gender, race, and animality, the politics and processes of knowledge formation and social control and violence, and the relation between a radical rethinking of animal subjectivity and an anti-capitalist politics of animal “terror-ism.” [from page 375 of Animals and Agency]
