As soon as I saw the cover of this book, I fell in love. It just looks so romantic.

The story made me smile too. Such a warm glow spread through me as I turned each page, I needed to know what these fabulous characters were doing next, what was on offer in Prague, the sights, sounds and smells came to life in the pages. I have never been to Prague but really would love to go and the descriptions in Isabelle’s writing have certainly helped.

This was one of those books I really didn’t want show more to end. I really look forward to reading more of this authors work in the future. She is most certainly going on my “Must Read” list and I just wish it was the actual book I had been sent to review as I really adore the cover so so much.#LoveIt
Thank you to netgalley and the publishers for allowing me to review xx

This is a prime example of reading the right book at the wrong time. Typically I would be drawn to this easy breezy read filled with adventure, romance, drama and everything else in between but I just wasn't able to make a connection. Characters were likable and during their trip, as a reader you can't help but hope Josephine finds her long lost love and Pepper to find the courage to give love a chance with a man she met aboard. This is definitely on my list to re-read down the line when I show more am at a better head space and perhaps in the second go around, Finn would warm me like Samuel, who I had been rooting for since the get-go.

I would like to thank NetGalley, Hodder & Stoughton and Isabelle Broom for this e arc for review.

This is the story of Kate who at her 30th birthday party decides to propose to her boyfriend James, and although he doesn’t say no, he doesn’t say yes either. He later tells her that he thinks there relationship is not going anywhere. Feeling dejected and humilitated as a video of the failed proposal has gone on the internet she decides to have a break from it all. She decides to go to show more Croatia to help her brother who is about to open a hostel there.

Whilst in Croatia, Kate heals from the broken relationship, finds her passion for interior design which whilst helping her brother has found she is really quite good at. She also finds love with the handyman Alex. This book deals with both mental health and fertility issues and I felt both were handled very well. This book also made me want to go and visit Croatia.

I would highly recommend this book.
