Clearly well written it gives the little ones an idea of the 50 states that we have and gives them information in small doses that the child can really understand instead of sitting in a geography class with a textbook and being taught all this information in large doses.

This is a beautiful book. This illustrations have the rich colors and vibrant images of African artwork. It is the creation story. The author's heart was moved by the stories of the many orphans in Africa due to disease, war and famine. Being an orphan himself, he wanted to write a book of encouragement, love and hope. What better, than the story of Creation, telling us about God's love for us all.

The stories are interesting enough to capture a kid’s attention, and short enough to keep it. the pictures are inviting, and the text is large, making the book un-intimidating. I felt like the vocabulary may have been a bit too difficult for kids; words like “fierce,” “bundles,” and “caravans” could trip a child up.

I don't know why anyone would or could ever hate Disney's version of Robin Hood, but I will recognize their opinion as valid. I myself love the characters portrayed by animals because they are adorable and entertaining. I recommend this book for children ages 1 to 199.
