2.5 stars. There are two parts to this, one that I liked and one that I do not. I think there is definitely a big knowledge and evidence gap in our understanding of how and when to come off psychiatric drugs, so that part was interesting and informative. The fact that she thinks the drugs were her whole problem when she literally was self-harming and suicidal before she ever got on them, and then attempted suicide really makes me question that. This really feels like old wealthy families show more wanting not to be labeled with any mental diagnosis. I wouldn't recommend this, and I'd say tread carefully as this could lead to a lot of woo rather than helpful medical advice. show less
