This hands-on model has been designed to inspire and enrich the interest of students in areas of science not typically covered in-depth in classroom curriculum. A quick read from a noted expert on gifted education . . . its focused on project-based inquiry for kids. I found the tips for talking to your kids to help them define and refine their interests and learning styles helpful. Getting this from the library was worth it just for the collection of "in print" and "on line" mentor ideas - great collection of web resources for everything from cell biology to Ancient Rome.
