Unfortunately this book suffers from being horribly outdated, more than 20 years old at this point. A lot of the information is not really relevant anymore. Additionally, it's better for families with a member who has schizophrenia or bipolar, and not as much for those suffering from major depression. But there are still some interesting nuggets tucked away here or there.
